MaM Massage & Spa is currently in search of a Licensed Massage Therapist adept in wellness, deep tissue, therapeutic, and Swedish massage techniques. The Massage Therapist will be responsible for delivering personalized therapeutic massages, creating individualized treatment plans, and ensuring accurate maintenance of client records. Our massage therapists are expected to uphold high standards of professionalism, gratitude, and respect towards both our clients and team members at all times.

This position is based on-site in Oklahoma City, OK.

  • Greet every guest warmly, with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Schedule and manage appointments accurately, maintaining 98%+ booking accuracy.
  • Make confirmation calls:
  • Execute all follow-up calls and texts to no-shows and missed appointments within 48 hours.
  • Upsell spa enhancements like hot stones, cupping, and scalp treatments during booking or check-in.
  • Maintain a rebooking rate of 70% or higher.
  • Manage client intake forms and feedback collection each visit.
  • Monitor and restock inventory at the front desk and in treatment rooms.
  • Engage with potential clients on social media (comment, like, interact)
  • Perform towel and bathroom checks before shift and every 2 hours during shift.
  • Complete daily shift checklist and submit weekly report by Friday.
  • Maintain a clean, calm, and brand-aligned front desk environment.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills (phone, in-person, written).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized under pressure.
  • Experience with scheduling or spa booking platforms (Zenoti, Vagaro, or similar) a plus.
  • Confident with email marketing and social media platforms (Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Self-starter with strong time management and task follow-through.
  • Reliable, professional, and confident in a leadership-like front desk role.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Active Oklahoma State Massage Therapist License.
  • Minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy education and training from an accredited school.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of various massage modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic and prenatal massage.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate client records.
  • Capable of lifting 50 Lbs.
  • Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and evenings.
  • Actively listen with effective communication to understand our client’s goals and needs.
  • Deliver exceptional massage therapy services customized to each client's unique needs.
  • Keep accurate client records to ensure personalized care continuity.
  • Manage financial transactions for clients engaged in massage therapy.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay at the forefront of the industry.
  • Competitive compensation ($34 - $60 per massage hour) depending on experience.
